I've recently got into cycling although I'm no cyclist! and I'd call it riding my bike, think I have some way to go before I can say I actually 'go cycling'. I had started back to full-on circuit training towards the end of last year, with my head telling me I could do it and my body showing some resistance. I stuck at for 6 months and did begin to see a difference but I found it almost too much. Lack of confidence perhaps, for certain I was carrying too much weight for me and maybe jumping in at the deep end...
