Business in April
I think I'm over yesterday, snow, sun, rain, wind, snow, sun...
Beautiful walk this morning in the chilly sunshine, always a good start to the day.
My mind is full of projects, things at home, my father-in-laws impending funeral and all the dancing and singing my daughter does, alongside checking on my elderly parents, it's their chiropodist appointments this afternoon, and I thought life with toddlers in tow was tricky, that was nothing to this time of my life.
But I must say I feel the best I have probably felt in about 20 years, mentally and physically, although I'm only just starting to work on my self in terms of fitness and my Mindfulness teacher training course. Eventually I've realised it's my turn.
My course is going well, I'm loving it and finding all the new Mindfulness tools very helpful in everyday life and business, the course ends in Nov and my new business will start up early 2023, alongside Quack Media.
This morning I've designed a staff team sheet for my Solicitor client and now it's on to a couple of Shopify projects and then... my parents to drive about this afternoon, so I'd better crack on!
